يلقب الشيخ شعيب أبو مدين بـ “شيخ المشائخ ” من قِبَل محي الدين بن عربي، حيث يعتبر الشخصية المركزية لأهل التصوف على الصعيد المغاربي والأندلسي.
ولد في القرن الثاني عشر، أصله من الأندلس، سائحا بلا كلل، حيث سافر في جميع أنحاء المغرب العربي والشرق بحثًا عن المعرفة الربانية. حيث سيستقر في السنوات الأخيرة من حياته في بقاع بجاية، مدينة ساحلية في الجزائر، ويقدم تعليمًا روحيًا بقيت رائحته إلى يومنا هذا. فمن خلال هذا التعليم الأساسي سيتحدث عنه صديقنا سليمان رزقي وهو خرِّيج العلوم الدينية من المدرسة التطبيقية للدراسات العليا، محاضر ومترجم لأهم شخصيات التصوف. ألَّف كتاب : ” أبو مدين شيخ المشائخ ” إصدارات البراق عام 2017.

Surnommé le « maître des maîtres » par Muhyeddin Ibn ‘Arabi, le Cheikh Shu’aib Abû Madyan est la figure centrale du soufisme maghrébin et andalou.
Né au XIIème siècle, originaire d’Andalousie, voyageur infatigable, il parcouru tout le Maghreb et l’Orient, en quête de la connaissance suprême.
De Bejaïa, ville côtière de l’Algérie, où il se fixera les dernières années de sa vie, il dispensera un enseignement spirituel dont les effluves nous sont parvenus jusqu’à aujourd’hui.
C’est de cet enseignement édifiant que notre ami, Slimane Rezki nous entretiendra.
Diplômé en sciences religieuses de l’École Pratique des Hautes Études, Slimane Rezki est un conférencier et traducteur de grandes figures du soufisme.
Il est l’auteur du livre intitulé “Abu Madyan, les Maître des maîtres”, paru aux Editions Albouraq, en 2017.

Apodado el “Maestro de Maestros” por Muhyeddin Ibn ‘Arabi, Shu’aib Abû Madyan es la figura central del sufismo magrebí y andaluz.
Nacido en el siglo XII, originario de Andalucía, viajero incansable, recorrió el Magreb y Oriente en busca del conocimiento supremo.
Desde Bugía, ciudad costera de Argelia, donde se instaló los últimos años de su vida, impartió una enseñanza espiritual cuya influencia ha llegado hasta nuestros días.
De esta edificante enseñanza nos hablará nuestro amigo Slimane Rezki.
Licenciado en ciencias religiosas por la Escuela Práctica de Altos Estudios, Slimane Rezki es conferenciante y traductor de grandes figuras del sufismo.
Es autor del libro titulado “Abu Madyan, el maestro de maestros”, publicado por Editions Albouraq, en 2017.

Born in the 12th century, originally from Andalusia, tireless traveler, he traveled all over the Maghreb and the East, in search of supreme knowledge. From Bejaïa, a coastal town in Algeria, where he will settle for the last years of his life, he will provide a spiritual teaching whose scent has survived to this day. It is this edifying teaching that our friend, Slimane Rezki will tell us about.
